These terms apply upon registration to the Sofium platform, a two-sided marketplace connecting users (customers) with service businesses for appointment booking.
Operator: [full legal company name], address: [address]. "User" is the individual using the app; "Business" is a shop account offering appointment services.
You agree to register with accurate, up-to-date information, to keep your account secure, and to be over 18. Verification is by one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone number.
Sofium is an intermediary platform; the booked service is provided by the Business to the User. Sofium is not a party to the performance of that service.
You may not use the platform in violation of the law or of these terms. Fake bookings, harassment, and spam are prohibited.
Sofium reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or shop that violates these terms or applicable law, or endangers community safety or other users — with or without prior notice.
Subscription terms for businesses are shown in-app (V1: a 3-month free trial, then a monthly subscription). Search and booking are free for users.
Such measures do not remove your KVKK rights over your personal data; those rights are described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
